Laulund Engineering: Current Projects
LENNY and Alimenta are Laulund Engineering's two primary projects. LENNY has been a major project for more then 15 years, involving many overseas development partners and supporting research projects. Alimenta has becoming a major project, although much younger, at only 5 years, already involving an array of significant organisations and experts, especially in the integration of non-engineering disciplines and government stakeholders.
LENNY: Clean renewable electricity generation, transmission, and distribution technologies
Developing, fabricating, managing, and maintaining clean power generation, transmission, and distribution technologies. Generation assets have been engineered to produce sustainable base load electricity, for consumption within high density urban populations. All intellectual property, associated rights, and authority are held in-house, while the technology is agnostic to blue chip brand name standard hardware with which it is being interfaced. Stakeholders, especially government agencies and publicly owned power companies, benefit from a single turn key solution, that presents very low concerns in terms of cost, risk and uncertainty.
Laulund Engineering is accountable for operational and strategic oversight of L.E.N.N.Y. Group operations. Laulund Engineering is also responsible for integrating systems with LENNY power generation, transmission and distribution assets.
Alimenta: Environmental Engineering Technologies
Coordinating various and diverse stakeholders, value adders, and politic influencers, towards a focused outcome of building modernised communities, with sound fundaments. This includes accommodating the community's needs for food, water, education, employment, commerce, transportation, law enforcement, and many other considerations.
Laulund Engineering's role within Aliment's operations includes the integration of those contributions, ensuring the gaps between areas of expertise are suitably addressed, to ensure each project is a practical solution, as per the mandate of Alimenta, the principal source of each project's funding.
